Strawberry Filling
2 ½ C. Coarsely chopped strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
½ C. Granulated sugar
5 Tbls. Ultra Gel Thickener
On medium heat, dissolve sugar into strawberries. Add thickener slowly to strawberry mixture until desired consistency is reached. Cool filling before use.
