By Purchasing this product you understand the following conditions:

Pick-up:

• Auntie’s Cakery will not be held responsible for any damage to the cake after it leaves the Auntie’s Cakery premises.

• The cake should be transported on a flat surface in a temperature controlled vehicle and the interior temperature should not exceed 70° F.

• You (customer) understand that if the order is not picked up on specified date, that you will make your best effort to contact Tracie @ Auntie’s Cakery for other arrangements, OR the order may be forfeit and payment may NOT be refunded.
