1 box Duncan Hines Carrot cake mix
2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
3 Lg. eggs
¾ tsp. Salt
1 1/3 C. Water
1 C. Sour Cream
Mix water, eggs, and sour cream. Slowly mix the box cake mix and the flour into the wet ingredients until combined. Fill 2- 8″ circle pans 2/3 full, Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or until done.
