Buttercream Icing 2

1 C. Softened butter

8 C. Powdered sugar (2 lbs.)

2-3 Tbls. Milk

1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

(Optional: ½ Tsp almond extract)

Cream butter. Add Extracts and powdered sugar. Mix until firm. Add milk 1 Tbls. at a time until desired consistency is reached.
